We are delighted to offer this gorgeous luxury close to the sea in the small and exclusive development of Aguamarina near to Faro Park. The lounge has a leather suite, flat screen television, DVD player, and satellite TV, with large sliding patio doors leading out onto the pool area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave oven, and fridge/freezer. In the master bedroom there are fully fitted wardrobes, a double bed and patio doors leading to poolside. It has an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath. There is also a twin bedroom and another bathroom with walk in shower. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Outside is a charming landscape garden with tropical plants all surrounding the large sun terrace area and private 8m x 4m electrically heated pool, which has roman steps. There is plenty of shade to be had under the pergola. The owners have also added patio doors to the covered alfresco dining area, giving you the option of dining inside on the cooler winter evenings.
