We are delighted to be able to offer one of the best positioned villas on the the quiet and peaceful residential estate of Alegranza. Looking out onto the large communal pools, this is an elegant villa superbly furnished in a contemporary style. The lounge dining area is bright and spacious with light wood furniture, and a dining table that seats 6. It leads off into a kitchen with pale lemon units with chrome fittings and a marble granite work top. The three bedrooms are light and bright with comfortable beds and cotton linen. They are both fitted with mahogany wardrobes. One of the twin bedrooms has a TV and VCR with videos, so can be used as a children“s playroom. Outside through the patio doors, there is a large south facing patio with a table and chairs and sun loungers, and there are also sun loungers around the pool for your use. The owners have also built a small gated patio out of the front of the villa so that you can sit outside and take in the pool and mountain views. For quality accommodation in a beautiful location at an extremely affordable price, this villa is hard to beat.
