Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area just a 15 minute walk to the resort centre and beach, a car isn't necessary for you to enjoy your holiday. The very stylish interior is matched by the lovely outside space the owners have created with a covered seating area with suite, and dining area to seat 6. A wall and fence gives privacy to the pool area and terraces but doesn't obstruct the stunning mountain views. The lounge is spacious and has patio doors leading to the dining area and terrace. Patio doors also lead out from the ensuite master bedroom to the covered seating area and terrace. There is another bedroom with twin beds, a further bathroom, and a fully fitted modern kitchen. At a very affordable price, this villa provides an ideal base for your Lanzarote sunshine holiday.
