This lovely very private villa is located in the much sought after Costa Papagayo area of Playa Blanca. With the resort centre and beach just a 15/18 minute walk away, it provides ideal accommodation if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, but with the amenities of the resort on your doorstep. The electrically heated swimming pool and terraces are very private and secure, and offer wonderful mountain views. Ideal for enjoying a glass of wine before your barbecue cooked on the large stone barbecue which has a sink and preparation area. Inside the villa, there are 3 bedrooms - 1 double ensuite and a twin and a single bedroom. An extra bed can be provided for a 6th person if required. There is a further bathroom. The spacious lounge/dining room is airconditioned with satellite TV, DVD and CD players for your entertainment, and patio doors lead out to the terrace. With a fully fitted modern kitchen, this villa provides everything you´ll need for your sunshine Lanzarote holiday.

Prices are for up to 2 people sharing. Extra persons at £40 per person per week. Changeover day flexible. Linen change weekly, towel change mid-week. Beach towels not provided.
This villa has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
