This stunning detached 4 bedroom villa offers high quality holiday accommodation within walking distance of Playa Blanca town centre and beach - and yes, the grass is real! One of a tiny number of holiday villas to offer a large garden with grass on the island. The villa also has a beautiful swimming pool, electrically heated from September, and a large stone barbecue, as well as magnificent panoramic mountain views from the roof terrace. Inside, the villa has been furnished to a very high standard. The lounge has patio doors to the terrace and pool, with a separate dining room leading through to the fully fitted and modern kitchen. There is satellite TV with a DVD player for your entertainment, as well as a playstation and table football game for the children. On the ground level is the master bedroom with patio doors outside, and another double bedroom, as well as a bathroom and guest cloakroom. From the master bedroom, you can access a magnificent 10 foot jacuzzi hot tub which is outside. Upstairs is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, together with a bathroom and access to the roof terrace with those views. Enjoy!
