COMPUTER WITH ADSL CONNECTION, FULL SKY PACKAGE WITH BBC/ITV We are delighted to be able to offer this superb traditional Spanish style family villa in a very quiet and peaceful exclusive location, but just a short stroll to all the amenities of the lovely resort. Superbly equipped, the villa offers very spacious accommodation and loads of character and features not found in a lot of villas. The property is very secure with lockable front gates and an intercom entry system. As you enter into the villa, your eyes are immediately drawn to the fabulous inside space of the huge lounge and seperate dining room which have beautiful features such as high domed ceilings, circular seating areas, and a magnificent stone fireplace. From here, patio doors lead outside to the very private terraces and the solar and electrically heated swimming pool. Here you can relax in the sun during the day or enjoy your barbecue in the evening. The pool area is gated for young children“s safety, and there is a play mat and water play-table with toys, as well as an exterior slide for children under 8 yrs. Back inside, the sleeping accommodation consists of 2 double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms, one being a children“s room. 3 of the bedrooms have satellite TV. The large fully fitted modern kitchen has a water filter to provide quality drinking water, so no need to buy bottled water. The villa has a computer with ADSL connection for guest use. One of Costa Teguise“s finest holiday homes with many guests returning every year - book early to avoid disappointment.

The prices are for up to 4 people sharing. Extra people at £85 or £105 per week depending on season Changeover day is Thursday. Other days considered for late bookings. Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach towels not provided.
