situated in central Costa Teguise. Stylish and well appointed, the property
is within easy walking distance of the beautiful Las Cucharas beach, popular
for its wind surfing facilities and surrounding restaurants, bars and shops.
Very well furnished in a traditional style the villa is built on two levels
in its own garden with large terraces on both the lower and upper levels for
sunbathing or admiring the coastal view. The rectangular swimming pool
is solar heating and acclimatised during the winter
months. The accommodation sleeps up to 8 and comprises: Lower level:-
Comfortable leather sofas, large picture windows overlooking the pool and
garden and satellite TV (limited channels), dining table and chairs;
separate kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, table and chairs,
fridge/freezer (washing machine located in area outside); TV room with
television and DVD player; twin bedroom, and separate wardrobe/store room;
cloakroom. Upper Level Master double bedroom with attractive wooden flooring,
TV, patio doors opening onto a large balcony with sea views, en suite
bathroom and walk in wardrobe; family bathroom; twin bedroom; further
children“s bedroom with single bed and a pull out single bed.
The villa also boasts a pool table and table football
game. Maid service
is provided twice weekly. An ideal villa for those looking
for a family holiday with all the resort“s amenities on their doorstep.

Prices are for 4 persons sharing. Extra persons, £85 per person per week. Normal changeover day is Thursday. Other days will be considered depending on availability. Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach towels not provided.
