Originally used as a main residence by the owners, this villa really does provide home from home comforts as well as privacy to enjoy your holiday in the sun. The beautiful garden is one of the finest in the area and provides the perfect outside space to relax and enjoy Lanzarote“s wonderful climate. The southfacing terraces surround the electrically heated swimming pool, and there is plenty of shade should you require it with a wooden pergola as well as a parasol. A wall and fence make the pool and terraces very private. Inside the villa, you quickly appreciate that this is no ordinary rental villa. The quality of the furnishings is evident throughout, and with the villa being used as a home, everything you could possibly need is provided for you. The master bedroom is ensuite and there is another bathroom with walkin shower and a twin bedroom. The lounge has patio doors to the terrace and pool, and there“s satellite TV with DVD and CD players for your enjoyment. The beautiful dining room has patio doors which can be opened on the warm evenings so you can enjoy your alfresco barbecue. A rather special villa for that special holiday.
