If you know Playa Blanca, and in fact all of Lanzarote, well, then you´ll know that there are very few private villas with pools right beside the sea. For that reason, we are delighted to offer this extremely spacious and beautifully presented 3 bedroom luxury villa right beside the sea in Faro Park, one of Playa Blanca´s quiet and peaceful exclusive areas. With local amenities within a 5 minute walk, this villa offers very private accommodation with beautiful sea views. Step inside to the large hall and walk through into a stunning glass topped atrium which offers inside dining when the evenings are a little cooler. From there into the beautifully furnished lounge which offers marble tiling and high domed ceilings ensuring cool temperatures on even the warmest of days. The main feature of the lounge is a huge picture window which offers sea views. The satellite TV has a full Sky Package, and there is an internet connection available at a small charge. Patio doors lead out to the expansive southfacing and very private terraces surrounding the electrically heated swimming pool and jacuzzi hot tub, whilst the covered outside dining area gives you the opportunity to enjoy a barbecue or to watch the sunset on the sea horizon with a glass of wine before sampling one of Playa Blanca´s host of wonderful restaurants. The master bedroom is ensuite with a lovely jacuzzi bath, and has patio doors leading out to the pool and terrace.
