We are delighted to be able to offer one of Faro Park“s finest holiday villas. Situated close to the sea in the the very quiet and peaceful residential estate of Faro Park, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa provides superior accommodation for those looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday but with the resort“s facilities within a 5 minute drive away. The villa features a beautiful heated swimming pool surrounded by palms and other Canarian plants, whilst the southfacing terraces allow plenty of space for working on your take-home tan. Relax under the shade of the pergola or umbrella and enjoy your evening barbecue in the covered outside dining area. Inside the villa, the high domed ceilings and marble tiles give cool temperatures on even the warmest of days. The stylish lounge offers satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels, not common in Lanzarote, so no need to miss your favourite soaps whilst you are away. Patio doors have been added to the dining area of the villa and this gives the option of dining inside in the winter if the weather is a bit cool. Patio doors also lead outside to the terraces from the lounge. There are 2 bedrooms, a double ensuite and a twin, with a further bathroom. The villa has a fully fitted modern kitchen.

The rates shown are for 2 persons, please add £50.00 per person per week up to a maximum of 4 adults and 1 child. Changeover day flexible. Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach towels not provided.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £75.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
