Available for holiday rentals for the summer, Easter and Christmas/New Year only, this beautifully presented villa gives the opportunity to enjoy home from home comforts for your holiday in the Lanzarote sun. The villa owner lives in the property for most of the year, so you will find a level and standard of equipment and furnishings, as well as all the little touches, you don´t get in most rental villas. Beautiful gardens surround the southfacing private terrace and heated swimming pool, which has a lovely waterfall feature. The high domed lounge ensures a cool temperature inside on even the warmest of days, and to add to the lovely furnishings, there is Satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels, unusual in the Canaries, so no need to miss your favourite soaps whilst you´re away!, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books, toys and games. Patio doors lead out to the terraces, garden and pool. There are 2 bedrooms, a master double with ensuite bath and shower, and a twin bedroom with a further bathroom with walkin shower. Both bedrooms have TVs and DVD players, as well as mosquito nets for the windows. A lovely feature of the villa is the dining room with patio doors to allow for alfresco dining. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. For babies, a cot, high chair and pushchair are available at no extra cost.
