This delightful 3 bedroom villa is located on a favoured corner location in phase 3 of Faro Park, where villa plot sizes are larger than on other phases. It has the benefit of distant sea views, not just from the spectacular upstairs master suite terrace, but from the pool terrace as well. With a high wall surrounding, the pool terrace is very private. The pool is electrically heated to ensure year round warmth, and the lovely garden has a grassy area, unusual in Lanzarote. Enter the villa to an impressive hallway with a beautiful marble staircase leading to the master suite. Here there is an ensuite bathroom and a large dressing area which has patio doors leading to a very private terrace with panoramic views. The lounge has satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, books and games. Patio doors lead outside from here to the pool and southfacing terrace. There are 2 further bedrooms, a double and a twin, and another bathroom with walkin shower. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted, and is equipped with everything required if you decide to eat in or supplement dinner from the large stone barbecue. Eat outside in the covered dining area. With local amenities just a minute“s walk away, this lovely villa provides the perfect accommodation for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in the Lanzarote sunshine.
