This fabulous luxury villa is located in the lovely Canarian village of Guime, just a short 10 mins drive away from Puerto del Carmen. Commanding wonderful panoramic sea and mountain views, the stylish villa is ideal for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday in luxurious accommodation but with the attractions of the resort within easy reach. The villa features 2 electrically heated swimming pools, a childrens pool and a larger adult pool, with loads of very private outside space on the terrace to soak up the sun and enjoy the views. The villa has been stylishly furnished to an extremely high standard. The huge living area is open plan and set on two levels. It has a high, cathedral style, wooden ceiling and large patio doors. On the upper level there is a very large, modern, well-equipped kitchen and an elegant dining area. From here steps lead down to the beautiful living room, which has views over the terraces, swimming pools and out to sea. There are five, good sized attractive bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The lovely master bedroom has a double bed, a dressing area, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the pool-side terrace. There is a second bedroom with a double bed and three with twin beds, which have access to a full, family bathroom and two shower rooms. For your entertainment, the villa has full Sky package TV in the lounge and master bedroom, DVD player and stereo system, as well as a pool table.
