Los Coloradas is an exclusive, very quiet and peaceful residential area to the east of the resort centre. It is very close to the famous spectacular sheltered beaches at Papagayo, and also the stunning new marina with its cafes, restaurants and designer shops. There are local shops and restaurants, as well as 5 star hotels providing evening entertainment.
Playa Blanca is situated on the south coast of the island and has the best of the weather and sunshine. It has been tastefully developed and has spectacular beaches, in particular the famous Papagayo and Playa Flamingo, which are within easy reach of the villas. It has a beautiful pedestrianised shopping area as well as many seaside bars, cafes and excellent restaurants. The marina is within a short walk of the villas, whilst the harbour where you can catch the ferry to Fuerteventura is only a few minutes drive away.
