We are delighted to be able to offer you one of Playa Blanca´s finest rental villas. This unique architecturally designed villa combines contemporary and stylish accommodation with simply stunning panoramic views looking over the resort of Playa Blanca to sea, Fuerteventura and the surrounding mountains. If you´ve ever watched these TV programmes showing designer villas in exotic destinations around the world and dreamt of staying in one, you now have the chance. Located on the side of Montaña Roja in a very quiet and exclusive area, this brand new villa was originally intended to be a family home for its owner, but a change of plan means you have the opportunity to indulge yourself in modern luxury. The fixtures and fittings are of the highest quality, and is only matched by the luxurious and stylish furnishings throughout the villa. The large lounge/dining area has a big picture window allowing the most fantastic views across the resort to the sea and mountains and doors leading out to the pool and southfacing terraces. Follow through to a huge fully fitted designer kitchen with central island and breakfast bar. Also on this level is the master bedroom with plasma TV, and a twin bedroom, both sharing an ensuite bathroom, as well as a shower room. Patio doors lead outside from the master bedroom. Steps lead up to a roof terrace with magnificent 360 degree views. Downstairs you´ll find 2 double bedrooms, a shower room with state of the art shower, and a games room with pool table and table tennis, as well as a galley kitchen - a great place to despatch the kids whilst you soak up the sun and those views!.
Maid service provided twice weekly.
