This lovely new villa has been constructed using the finest of materials and fittings, and provides luxury accommodation close to the resort centre and beach at a very affordable price. On one of the few favoured locations on the development, the villa offers fabulous uninterrupted views to the nearby mountains as well as distant sea views to Fuerteventura. The villa is very spacious inside and the owners have furnished it in a modern and very stylish way with quality furnishings. The lounge has patio doors to the terrace and is equipped with satellite TV,DVD and CD players, with a range of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment. There is a lovely dining area if the weather is a bit cool outside. On this level, there is a very good sized fully equiped kitchen and utility area, as well as a twin bed room and bathroom. Upstairs is a a fabulous master bedroom suite with dressing area and bathroom. Patio doors lead out to a spacious upstairs terrace where you will never get tired of these views. The pool enjoys the sun all day long and a large stone barbecue means you can dine outside when you wish.
