Step inside into the large hallway and then into the spacious lounge with beautiful leather suite, Satellite TV with full Sky package, and DVD player for your entertainment, and a lovely dining area. From here, patio doors will take you to the expansive outside terrace and mature gardens with numerous Canarian plants. Here you´ll find the electrically heated swimming pool together with the opportunity to relax in the jacuzzi hot tub, soaking up the Lanzarote sunshine with a glass of wine. A pergola provides shade from the strong summer sun when you require it. The sleeping accommodation consists of a double ensuite bedroom, together with 2 twin bedrooms and a further family bathroom. There is a very spacious seperate kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances. A lovely villa in a great location.
