This beautifully converted villa was originally a stable and features rustic wooden ceilings and beams. Located in the highly sought after Los Mojones area of Puerto del Carmen, the villa has very private landscaped gardens and pool area. There are large open and covered terraces, together with a built in BBQ and seating area, allowing you to relax in privacy and style. The accommodation sleeps up to 4 and offers a well appointed small lounge with leather sofas, Satellite television with limited channels and cassette player; a small kitchen with breakfast bar, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave, iron, kettle and toaster; hallway leading to double bedroom and shower room with vanity unit and wc. A further double bedroom with en-suite shower room, hand basin, wc and washing machine is located at the far end of the outside dining area adjoining the main house but with a separate entrance.
