This lovely villa is located in a quiet cul de sac within easy walking distance of the new and old towns of the bustling resort. Due to its elevated position, the villa has distant sea views, and provides comfortable accommodatrion if you don´t want to hire a car. The terraces are southfacing and private, and there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun. The covered dining area has a built in barbecue should you decide to give the resort´s array of wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes. Inside the villa, sleeping accommodation consists of a double ensuite master bedroom with ceiling fan, and 2 twin bedrooms with a further bathroom. The villa has a dining area with table and 6 chairs, and a lounge with American style fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with stools. Entertainments consists of satellite TV, VCR and CD players. This villa provides excellent accommodation at a very affordable price.
