This luxurious rustic style villa occupies a prime location in the exclusive area of Los Mojones with stunning sea views, and was redesigned and refurbished in 2009. The villa offers peace and tranquillity within a 10 minute stroll of old town Puerto del Carmen and the picturesque harbour area. Traditional and modern styles blend together to offer a spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished home from home – perfect for a relaxing holiday. The entrance hall with volcanic stone feature wall, leads to the spacious living room with an impressive apex wooden ceiling and volcanic stone fireplace, large picture windows and patio doors overlook the swimming pool, landscaped gardens and sea beyond. The room is classically furnished with comfortable sofas, coffee table, plasma TV with free to view satellite (limited channels), DVD, dining table and chairs. Double doors open into the large stylish modern fully fitted kitchen. A circular breakfast table and chairs overlook the garden and there are terrace doors to the pool terrace. From the living room a wide hallway leads to a spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en suite modern shower room with walk in shower, handbasin and toilet, a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en suite modern shower room with walk in shower, handbasin, toilet and bidet, a stylish large master double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and patio doors to the terrace, en suite modern bathroom with walk in shower, twin hand basins, toilet and bidet and a separate raised Jacuzzi area with picture window and sea views and remote controlled LED lighting to set the mood. There is a further twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the terrace, ensuite modern shower room with walk in shower, twin basins, toilet and bidet. All the south facing terraces have exceptional sea views, are covered with traditional wooden pergolas and shaded areas, and furnished with comfortable patio furniture overlooking the pool, gardens and, unusually for Lanzarote, lawn. There is also a BBQ and table tennis table. The outside is complemented by a large, mosaic tiled L shaped swimming pool, measuring 6m x 8m, which has Roman style steps and is heated during the winter months. For extra comfort the villa has air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, a security alarm, safety deposit box, entry phone system and off street parking for 2 cars.
