This luxurious villa is bright and spacious
and is furnished to an extremely high standard.
The large hallway opens into a huge, beautiful split-level dining room and
lounge with lovely high ceilings. Glass doors lead to the pool area. The
large, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast area and all the
facilities required for a self-catering holiday.
Four of the five bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms,
have double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The other 3 bedrooms have twin beds
and share the third bathroom, which has lava stonewalls and a sunken bath.
The 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool has wide Roman steps and is set in
extensive open and covered terraces. There is a poolside shower, patio
furniture, sun loungers and built-in barbecue and the entire area is
surrounded by high walls which give complete privacy and form a perfect sun
trap.
The villa is situated in a beautiful and exclusive residential area but
within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and
supermarkets. It is only a couple of minute's drive from the old harbour area
and the fabulous golden beaches of Puerto del Carmen.
