This fantastic penthouse
apartment has spectacular panoramic views of the golden sandy beaches of Los
Pocillos and across the Atlantic ocean to Fuerteventura. The penthouse is
situated along the beach road and just a stroll to the resort amenities. It
is decorated in an ornate style with carved wooden furnishings and spacious
rooms offering home comforts to help you relax and enjoy your holiday.
The penthouse sleeps up to 4 people and comprises:
Entrance hallway leading to very spacious lounge with beamed apex ceiling
and half arches, leather sofas and armchairs set around a large coffee
table, feature stone corner fireplace, flat screen TV with Sky satellite
channels, DVD, air conditioning, ornate wooden dresser and picture window
with patio doors leading to terrace with sea views; separate oak fitted
kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, kettle,
toaster, circular carved wooden bar with stools, circular dining table to
seat 8 next to a window with sea views; separate tiled washroom with toilet
and ornate shell style washbasin; double bedroom with wooden bed, chest of
drawers with vanity mirror, air conditioning and carved wooden fitted
wardrobes with one of the doors leading to en suite bathroom with toilet,
washbasin, bidet, separate shower and full size bath; master bedroom with
king size bed, chest of drawers, cream antique style fitted wardrobes with
mirrored doors and patio doors leading to terrace with sea views; en suite
bathroom decorated in pink marble with separate walk in shower, full size
bath with jacuzzi and twin basins.
The one bedroom annexe which will sleep 2 people has an American style white
fitted kitchen with electric oven, 4 ring hob, kettle, toaster,
fridge/freezer, washing machine, breakfast bar with 2 stools; small lounge
area with comfortable sofa and TV; double bedroom with iron bed, fitted
wardrobes and air conditioning; en suite with steps up to sunken
bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.
The huge sun terrace with built in gas BBQ and patio furniture offers both
open and shaded areas with panoramic views of the beach and sea. There is a
luxury 4 seater hot tub in which to unwind with a glass of wine and enjoy
those magnificent sunsets and a door leading to a smaller terrace and the
annexe apartment. The penthouse has an alarm and entry phone system. Maid
service is provided twice weekly.
