This beautiful villa offers style and comfort in one of
the most sought after areas of the resort. Extensive terraces surround a
large rectangular solar and electrically heated 11m
by 5m pool, and the villa offers wonderful panoramic views
to sea and Fuerteventura. The pool depth is graduated and has 2
metal ladders for access.
The villa is built on three levels and benefits from both open and covered
terraces with built in BBQ and seating area.
The villa can comfortably sleep up to 10 and comprises:
Upper level: Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom, lounge
study area, dressing room and patio doors leading to the upper sun terrace
with outstanding sea views.
Ground level: Dining area with table and seating for 12 people and
doors opening onto the terrace; lounge with comfortable seating, satellite
TV (limited channels), CD player, video player and video tapes; very well
equipped kitchen with split level electric oven, island breakfast bar with
hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and iron, patio
doors leading to pool; utility room with washing machine and drying area;
twin bedroom with en suite shower room; double bedroom with adjoining shower
room. All rooms on this level have patio doors to the pool.
Lower level Two twin bedrooms (one with en suite shower room and the
other with bathroom) with terrace doors leading to the garden; large
playroom with full size table tennis table.
Maid service is provided twice weekly

Prices shown are for up to 6 people sharing. Extra persons at £100 per person per week. Changeover day flexible. Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach towels not provided
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £100 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
