This fabulous very spacious villa is located in the exclusive area of Los Riscos where you will find the resortīs most expensive villas. It boasts the most spectacular panoramic views looking out over the resort to sea and Fuerteventura and is fully equipped with everything required for a wonderful holiday. It has a rather rustic Spanish charm not to be found in some modern villas. The property is on 2 levels, each with a terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge/diner, so ideal for 2 families holidaying with each other but who like their own space. The first floor has 3 large bedrooms, one of which is ensuite with patio doors to a large terrace where you can sit and soak up the views, and a family bathroom. The spacious lounge/diner also enjoys the views, and has satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything youīll need to enjoy your holiday. The lower floor, accessed by stairs from the upper level terrace, also has 3 bedrooms, one double ensuite and 2 twins with another family bathroom. Again a lounge with satellite TV, DVD etc., and a kitchen. On this level is the main terrace and electrically heated swimming pool, and pool table. The views here are equally impressive. The villa has an internet connection so you can keep in touch with back home.
