We have been fortunate to visit some of the finest villas on Lanzarote over the past few years, but this magnificent villa really does leave all others in the shade. Providing luxury in the true sense of the word, the 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa is located just outside Puerto del Carmen and due to its elevation, commands the most spectacular views down the coastline and beyond to the beaches of Fuerteventura, as well as mountain views to the rear. Everything about this very spacious villa exudes class and elegance, and is complemented by the large solar and electrically heated swimming pool and huge terraces designed to maximise the breathtaking views. Start off in style with the stone courtyard entrance, and as you enter the villa you are immediately struck by the massive airconditioned (charge) lounge flooded with light from the glass topped atrium and huge picture window with those wonderful views. Dine in style inside if it´s a bit cool outside. Patio doors lead out to the terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue. The master airconditioned (charge) bedroom is ensuite with a large lovely stone feature bathroom and a dressing area. In this, the main section of the villa, you´ll find another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both ensuite, as well as a fully fitted modern kitchen with a breakfast/dining area and utility room. Through a door now and into further sleeping quarters with a further 2 twin bed rooms. There is plenty to keep the children occupied with table tennis table, satellite TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, playstation, games, books, exercise bike etc. Keep in touch with your business or friends at home with internet wireless connection (charge at certain times of the year).

Prices are for up to 4 people sharing using a maximum of 3 bedrooms. Extra persons at £95 per person per week. Children under 2 not using a bed go free. Please enquire for use of extra rooms for underoccupancy. Use of airconditioning 80 euros per week if required. Changeover day flexible. Linen change weekly, towel change mid-week. Beach towels not provided.
