We are most
fortunate to present this beautifully restored finca for holiday
rental. The owners are the same as those who restored this
beautiful finca Soo 1, so you will find the same
attention to detail and lovely features characterised in their restoration
work. Located in the countryside close to the village of Macher, the finca
villa boasts wonderful views to the coastline and mountains, and is just a
few minutes drive from the beach and all the amenities of the resort of
Puerto del Carmen, and the marina at Puerto Calero. The villa is also just a
few minutes drive from the new golf course at Tias. The villa has a
lovely rustic wooden pergola, perfect for alfresco dining. Inside there are
two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and lounge. All modern
features such as satellite television, DVD / CD player, cooker, microwave
oven, refrigerator, dishwasher etc are included. There is also a laundry
room. There are superb sea views from the terraces and one of the two
bedrooms.
