This beautiful villa provides luxurious and very private accommodation in a prime location just a short stroll from Playa Blancas“s lovely Playa Flamingo beach with its seafront cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The property has lovely sea views to Fuerteventura and boasts a spa system built into the roman steps for relaxing in the pool with a glass of wine soaking up the constant sunshine of Lanzarote“s sunniest resort. To protect you from Lanzarote“s very strong summer sun, the villa has a tanning hammock which filters out the harmful UVB rays and allows you to tan safely. The pool is also gated providing safety for young children. The covered upper terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy an evening barbecue. Inside, the villa has been stylishly furnished and has 3 bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and has patio doors leading to the terrace. There are 2 further bedrooms, both twins, and all the bedrooms are airconditioned as well as having shutters and mosquito nets. Prices are for up to 2 people sharing. Extra persons at £85 per person per week. Changeover day flexible. Linen change weekly, towel change mid-week. Beach towels not provided.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, especially with the spa, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £100 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
As an additional extra ALL THE BEDROOMS HAVE PAY AS YOU GO AIR-CONDITIONING, HEATING, DEHUMIDIFYING, AIR FILTERING UNITS for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather,
This villa has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 at euros per week.
