We are delighted to be able to offer you one of Playa Blanca´s finest rental villas close to Playa Flamingo beach, just a 5 minute walk, where you´ll find cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. With beautiful sea views, this very spacious and well equipped villa provides the perfect base to enjoy all the delights of Lanzarote´s wonderful upmarket resort. The villa offers a large heated pool, jacuzzi hot tub, southfacing terraces with sunloungers, patio furniture and a barbecue, as well as a sun filter hammock and 3 large parasols all of which offer protection from the UVB rays that cause burning, but still allow you to tan without cream. Inside, the lounge and dining area are spacious and stylishly furnished and there is a fully fitted modern kitchen. Patio doors lead to the terraces from the lounge as well as 3 of the bedrooms. Each bedroom is fitted with an individual airconditioning unit that also acts as a dehumidifier, heater,or air purifier/filter for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather. They work on a meter system and are available to all guests. Entertainment consists of satellite TV, DVD, VCR and CD players.

Prices are for up to 4 people sharing. Extra persons at £95 per person per week. Changeover day flexible. Linen and towels changed weekly. Beach towels not provided.
The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £85 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required.
There is a luxurious JACUZZIHOT TUB in the corner of the sun terrace, which is completely private, and can be booked as an EXTRA for your holiday at £65.00 a week. To allow time for it to heat, be cleaned and the correct chemical balance provided, we will need to know, if this is to be required before your holiday.
As an additional extra ALL THE BEDROOMS HAVE PAY AS YOU GO AIR-CONDITIONING, HEATING, DEHUMIDIFYING, AIR FILTERING UNITS for perfect sleeping conditions irrespective of the weather.
A Playstation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
This villa has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.
