This lovely villa is located on the Montana Roja development, which is centrally located in Playa Blanca, an easy 18 minute walk to the resort centre and beach. There is a small supermarket just 5 mins walk away. The villa has a large garden and terrace which is very private, and there is a covered pergola to provide shade from the sun when necessary. The pool is electrically heated as well as solar heated. The villa has a stone barbecue for the evenings when you decide to forgo Playa Blanca´s many fine restaurants on your doorstep. The inside is very spacious, the lounge having a rich dark leather suite and satellite TV with full Sky package and DVD player. Sleeping accommodation consists of a double room, a twin bed room, and a room with 2 bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms and a fully fitted modern kitchen. Ideal if you don´t want to hire a car, this villa provides excellent accommodation for your sunshine holiday.
