This beautiful villa has recently been refurbished by the new owners, and offers luxury accommodation a short 8 minutes walk from Playa Flamingo beach with its cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The resort centre is a further 12 minutes walk along the seafront walkway. With a large 11m x 4m solar and electrically heated pool and very private terraces, surrounded by a lovely garden with mature Canarian plants and flowers, the south facing outside space is perfect for relaxing in Lanzarote's wonderful climate. You have the choice of two covered dining areas, one with lovely sea views, as the owners have added on a large alfresco area close to the stone barbecue. Inside the villa, the new owners have refurnished the lounge with a rich leather suite and stylish furniture. There is satellite TV, DVD and CD players. Patio doors lead outside to the upper terrace. The master bedroom is ensuite with patio doors and there are 2 twin bedrooms and a further bathroom. The fully fitted modern kitchen is spacious with everything on hand if you decide to give the resort´s wonderful restaurants a miss for a night or two. We can offer other villas closeby for large groups or families wishing to holiday together.
