Located just an 8 minute walk to Playa Flamingo beach, it offers location, privacy, stylish spacious accommodation, stunning sea views, airconditioning, and a games room for the children. You enter the villa to the large airconditioned lounge and dining area. Patio doors lead out from here to the covered outside dining area with barbecue where you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and sea views to Fuerteventura. The large kitchen is very modern and equipped with everything you´ll need for your holiday. The master bedroom is a delight with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and dressing area. There are 2 further bedrooms, both twins, and another bathroom. All the bedrooms are airconditioned. Gated stairs lead down to the games room where there is table football and table tennis, which will keep the children amused whilst you relax on the southfacing terraces soaking up the Lanzarote sun. The pool is electrically heated ensuring year round warmth. The villa has internet access. We have an identical villa next door, furnished exactly the same with games room, airconditioning, internet access etc., so ideal for large groups or 2 families wanting to holiday together with their own space.
