We are able to offer stylish villa ideally situated in a quite cul de sac in Puerto del Carmen just a short walk from the main avenida with its shops bars and restaurants and long sandy beach, and the atmospheric old harbour area and excellent fish restaurants. The villa is detached, spacious and modern, surrounded by its own sun terraces and garden. The interior is newly furnished offering comfortable accommodation in a convenient location. It has 3 bedrooms and comprises Entrance to spacious lounge with feature apex ceiling, comfortable modern wicker sofas and chairs, plasma TV with DVD and satellite (limited channels) CD music system; American style fitted kitchen with long breakfast bar with bar stools, oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freeze, dishwasher, kettle, toaster; utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board; spacious modern master bedroom furnished with double bed, ample fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, safe; en suite bathroom with twin washbasins, full bath/shower, toilet, bidet; 2 spacious twin bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans; separate bathroom with full bath/shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet. From the large elevated terrace with distant sea views and large rectangular dining table and chairs to seat 6, there are steps down to the gated solarium with the pool (heated in the winter months) accessed by metal steps. There is also a pool shower. The pool area is relatively private and has a feature wooden Gazebo to shade from the sun, sun beds and built in BBQ. The villa has off street parking and intercom. Maid service is twice weekly.
