roman style steps. There is a large sunbathing
terrace, both open and covered, with built-in barbecue. The accommodation
sleeps up to 4 people and comprises:
Ground Floor entrance hall with spiral staircase leading to the lower
ground floor; stylish lounge/dining room with satellite TV,
DVD & video player, patio doors leading to the pool area, dining table &
chairs; very well-equipped kitchen including island unit, electric oven, gas
hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle & toaster;
double bedroom with ceiling fan; large modern bathroom.
Lower Ground Floor Which receives all its natural light and
ventilation from the spiral staircase, consists of a
large twin bedroom with walk-in wardrobe; shower room;
another bedroom with twin beds - please note this is accessed through the
other bedroom.
