This quite stunning villa provides the perfect luxury accommodation in a spectacular frontline location close to the beautiful Marina Rubicon, with its host of waterfront cafes, restaurants and upmarket shops, and within easy walking distance of the beach and resort centre. Enter the villa into the hall and from there into the very spacious, modernly furnished lounge. From here, you have the choice of patio doors which lead out to the large southfacing terraces surrounding the swimming pool (acclimatised in the winter months). A stone barbecue and outside dining area gives the opportunity to enjoy an evening meal as you watch the sun set over Fuerteventura. Back inside, the ground floor has a double ensuite bedroom and a twin bedroom, a toilet and fully fitted modern kitchen. For the younger members of the family who maybe don´t appreciate the location, there is another downstairs lounge with CD player, pool table and football game. Somewhere to send them when you want some peace and quiet! In this area, there is also a 4th bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Leaving the best to last, you´ll climb the impressive staircase to the beautiful ensuite master bedroom. From here, patio doors lead out to huge roof terrace with those spectacular views.This villa provides the perfect accommodation for couples or small groups, or large family groups, looking for spacious accommodation in a wonderful seafront location close to the marina and resort attractions.
