The stunning new Marina Rubicon with its host of waterfront cafes, restaurants and upmarket shops, is just a 5 minute stroll away, whilst a further 10 minute walk will take you to the resort centre. As you enter the front door, your eyes are immediately drawn through to the lounge and the large windows which take advantage of those breathtaking views. You have a choice of patio doors to take you to the 2 levels of terraces outside. On this ground floor, there is a dining area, fully fitted very modern kitchen, 2 ensuite twin bedrooms and a further toilet. Climb the impressive stairway to the fabulous master bedroom suite, which has an ensuite bathroom and patio doors leading out to a very spacious roof terrace where you can sit and soak up the views. In the huge basement, where there is natural light, you´ll find another lounge and large childrens´play area with a full size table tennis table, darts, toys, books and games. Outside, you step down from a lovely sitting terrace to the very private electrically heated swimming pool area. Here there are ample sunbathing areas together with a huge covered pergola and covered barbecue area.
