This beautiful villa is next door to Rubicon Marina 5, so if you are a large family or group wishing to holiday together, then this spacious and very private villa provides the perfect holiday accommodation close together. It´s just 5 minutes walk from Playa Blanca´s stunning new marina with its host of waterfront cafes, restaurants, upmarket shops, and bowling alley. Situated at the end of a small cul de sac, the villa offers peaceful and relaxing accommodation but with the resort´s amenities within easy reach, so a car isn´t necessary. Mature and private gardens surround the electrically heated swimming pool, which has roman steps and ladders, and the southfacing terraces allow ample space to enjoy the Lanzarote sun or an evening barbecue. The villa has distant sea views. Inside, all the rooms are extremely spacious - a lounge with satellite TV, and DVD/CD players for your entertainment, an ensuite double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, another bathroom and a fully fitted modern kitchen with large dining area.
