Whilst this villa isn´t in the immediate area of the marina, it is within an easy 15/17 minute walk to its waterfront restaurants, bars, and shops. The beach is closeby whilst the Los Coloradas area is just 5 mins walk and here there are local amenities and hotels with nightly entertainment. There is a large supermarket within 5 mins walk. Walk in the front door through to the lounge and your eyes will immediately be drawn to the fabulous view which is in front of you. Below is the Coloradas Playa beach and beyond, the famous Papagayo beaches. These are within a short walk of the villa. The lounge is airconditioned and has satellite TV with DVD player. It has 2 sitting areas. There are 2 double bedrooms, the master being ensuite and airconditioned, as well as a twin bedroom and 2 further bathrooms, as well as a fully fitted modern kitchen.
