We are delighted to be able to offer this lovely holiday villa in the award winning Canarian village of Yaiza. With the resorts just a 12/15 minute drive away, it provides very spacious quality accommodation in a rural village location, and has spectacular mountain views. Yaiza itself has a supermarket, restaurants and bars, all within an easy few minutes walk from the villa. The villa is set in large gardens full of Canarian flowers and palms, and has different outside seating areas to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. There are also 2 barbecueThe electrically heated swimming pool is an impressive 10m x 5m, and the expansive southfacing terraces command stunning views to the nearby mountains. Enter the property into a large reception hall, which in itself provides another lounge area for large groups. The main lounge has patio doors to one of the outside areas, and has a 42" plasma TV with full Sky package, as well as DVD and CD players. For the children, the villa has a games room with a TV, Playstation 2 and table football, as well as a table tennis table outside on the patio. The master bedroom is ensuite with a king size bed and patio doors to the pool and terraces, and there are 3 further bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins, with a large family bathroom. The kitchen is very spacious and fully fitted with modern appliances. It also has a large dining area. Quality and spacious rural accommodation. Enjoy!
